I have a coupon code, how do I use it?
Select a subscription type, log in or create a new account, enter your credit card information, then type your coupon code exactly as it appears. Tap Submit. Open the app on your phone and you should now have full access to MySwimPro!
Do I need a smartwatch?
Nope – a smartwatch is optional. You can get pre-written workouts, training plans, and track your analytics all on your iPhone or Android. You can even export PDFs of your workouts to print and take to the pool. A compatible smartwatch is recommended for more detailed analytics.
How will I be billed?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
If you are on a monthly billing cycle, you will be charged immediately and every month going forward. If you are on a yearly billing cycle, you will be charged immediately and every year going forward. You may cancel your renewal at any time.
What are the workouts like?
Answer a few questions to customize your profile and all your workouts will be personalized to your skill level, speed, and goals. Workouts vary in difficulty and duration, and include different types of equipment.
